We are seeking a full-time QC Technician to join our team. As a member of our Engineering department you will help maintain, and support various broadcast equipment for our clients all over the globe. An open mind to continually learn new technology within the broadcast industry will be beneficial in this role. The QC technician is responsible for testing equipment in the NEP Rentals Inventory to ensure it is operating properly. The QC technician will also configure equipment to the client specifications and package equipment for client rental.

This position is on-site at our Grapevine, TX facility. Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm. There will be overtime as needed.

Key Duties:

• QC broadcast equipment
• Build /assemble racked systems, packages
• Configuration of equipment and/or systems
• Assist clients with tech support in person or over the phone when required

Requirements:

• General networking knowledge preferred
• Ability to solve unusual or unexpected problems
• Effective communication skills
• Willingness to take on new challenges and problems and see them
through
• Self-motivated and resourceful
• Works well and thrives in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Able to deliver excellent customer service, externally and internally
• Knowledge of broadcast equipment
• Understanding of video/audio standards
• Trouble shooting techniques/skills
• Ability to stand for ling periods in a warehouse environment.
